Cancellation Policy

At RockyRoad Tours and Travels, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests.

Cancellation by You.

  • More than 5 days or 72 hours before the tour:  Full refund (No questions asked.)

  • Less than 72 hours before the tour: No refund ( as tour preparations and bookings will have already been finalized.)

  • No-shows: No refund will be issued

Cancellation by Us.

In rare cases where we must cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

To cancel your booking, please notify us via email or phone at least 72 hours in advance.
